Registration Fee: Reminder to submit your registration fee for the Annual Gathering. Your registration is not complete until we have received your registration fees, which can be paid by cheque and mailed to address below.

Fees must be received by January 10th, 2020, and payments not received by this time will result in the canceling of your registration. If you require additional information about this, or need to make special arrangements with regard to fee payment, please contact WCACYM Core at [email protected].
Travel: If you are in the process of booking travel, please send your information at the earliest convenience, but no later than, January 10th to [email protected]
Weather: It is winter in Edmonton! Temperatures should be mild during the day but will cool off substantially once the sun goes down. Remember to dress accordingly!
Accommodations: Please remember to book your accommodations if you have selected the Commuter Rate when you registered.
Meals: All meals during the conference are provided as part of your registration fee, except for those donated as "on your own."
Conference Schedule: A detailed schedule of all conference events will be sent to you in early January.
Banquet/Mass: We will be celebrating Divine Liturgy on Saturday evening, followed by our Banquet where we have a silent auction. The auction items are put together by donation. So please try to bring a few items and ask those around you. Perhaps you or someone you know has a skill or service they are willing to offer? All proceeds go to our solidarity fund that helps fund students to Summer Seminar and other training opportunities. The success really relies on all our efforts to seek out donations!
